PowerLine Workout™ Program

 

The PowerLine Workout™ is a brand new fitness program which pulls its strength from the focused mind and incorporates it into a disciplined body movement; building core strength while mastering balance. The PowerLine Workout™ consists of two programs; the Basic Program and the Advanced Program. These fitness programs address those of you who desire fitness in body, clarity of mind and connection to spirit; by creating alignment of purpose and balance within yourself. It is therefore a Meditation-in-Movement, a Workout Meditation; and perhaps THE Western answer to Eastern disciplines like Yoga and TaiChi; it is the fusion of ancient wisdom and modern movement. 

 

All the exercises of the Basic Program are done on a floor mat to train the body in the specific movements. Once they have been sufficiently learned; one can progress to the exercises of the Advanced Program. All the exercises of the Advanced Program are performed on a core balancing device, the PowerLine disk™.

 

The heart and core of this program derives from the notion of an existing 'Power Line' in the human body; it runs energetically along the spine. With focus and 'High Sense Perception', this 'Power Line' can be perceived as moving down to the center of the Earth and connecting up to One's Source; toward the Cosmos, the Divine.

 

 

 

My lifelong experience and my expertise as a healer, teacher and trainer for more than 17 years has confirmed the importance of alignment of this 'Power Line'; in order to live a fully balanced and healthy life - from the inside out. It is a sad fact that most people's 'Power Line' is damaged in one way or another (disconnected from the source; not extending down into earth; or ripped in-between) which always affects the emotional well being, mental clarity and spiritual awareness of the individual; and eventually results in physical disease as a sad consequence. With awareness, focus and discipline, the 'Power Line' can be restored and re-aligned to its natural healthy state; and the PowerLine Workout was designed with this intention.

 

My personal experience in working out at the local gym has shown me that my body responds badly to the use of fitness machines and weight lifting devices; I developed aches and pains, particularly in my shoulders, lower arms and wrists. Nevertheless, I was determined to find an ultimate workout for my body to get truly strong, toned and fit; and I challenged my personal trainer to come up with some exercises which address the core of the body as well as all the muscles; with the honest use of my own body weight. At some point, I got introduced to a balancing board. As I started to work out on my own, a series of exercises came through which I want to share with you.

 

You will feel it; with dedication to the PowerLine Workout, you will soon experience the core of your body strengthened and your muscles getting toned. Naturally, there will be a dramatic increase of your overall body fitness and an enhanced clarity of mind; all resulting by setting the intention on the 'Power Line'. As you are getting familiar with your exercises, you will transfer what you are learning on the PowerLine disk™ into your daily life. You will get the feeling of standing in your own power; and you will literally learn to balance your power with grace. As a result your life will become more balanced and you will experience centeredness within yourself.
